The primary reason why your autoresponder integration fails is because you’ve added more fields than just name and/or email to your form code. Currently, only name, email, and phone number can be used on your registration page. Adding more fields to the registration is on our list of requested features.
Also if there is Javascript in the code, then this causes an issue. Our form requires the HTML form as created by your autoresponder.

Is there a script in your Autoresponder Code?
Another common problem is not using an HTML code. Confirm that you are using <form… to </form> you also want to remove <script… </script>
Are you using LeadPages API Integration?
If you are using API integration with LeadPages, you want to make your Autoresponder your Primary Integration and WebinarJam your Secondary Integration.
Are you using Click Funnels API Integration?
If you are using the API Integration with ClickFunnels, you want to make certain WebinarJam is integrated on the landing Page and your autoresponder is integrated with your “Thank you” page.
